The Salt Lake City Hilton City Center has opened up rooms for parents at our team rate. For those parents who I have not made a reservation and need one please have them call 877-776-4936 and under group code THS You will the the team rate of $109.00 plus tax a night.

Flight Information
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE MAKING ANY FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS!!!! Orlando to Salt Lake City: Please select one of the corresponding departing flights for your age group. The flights listed will have an Orlando Gold Coach onboard for supervision purposes. We are staying at a hotel that is connected to the airport via light rail, so if your child is not flying on one of the supervised flights, we will need to know so we can provide supervision upon their arrival.
Salt Lake City to Orlando: It is very important to choose the correct flight back to Orlando. On the last day of competition, your last match could be over as soon as 9:00 am, but it could last as long as 4-5pm as well, so in order to make sure you are able to compete in the last match, you must select a flight that leaves at least later than 6 pm. On a couple days, there are no Orlando Gold Coaches leaving late. In this circumstance, there will be Gold Coaches chaperoning those kids to the airport and through security to insure they are on the correct flight. If any parents take one of those flights back and would not mind helping supervise, please contact me and I will post his/her info. If you choose to stay in Utah an additional day, you must make those hotel accommodation directly with the hotel. Once again please contact me once you have set your flight itinerary.
